Use of service

Get That Tone provides tone-matching information for educational and recreational use. You must be 13 or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Intellectual property

Tone profiles and algorithm outputs are owned by Get That Tone. Song titles and artist names are used for identification purposes under fair use. We do not provide tabs, lyrics, or copyrighted sheet music.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Free trials last 3 days. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months, except as required by law.

Limitation of liability

Get That Tone is provided "as is". We make no warranties about accuracy of tone settings. We are not liable for any damage to equipment resulting from following our suggestions.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
